1. Please get Mikhail Tombak`s books: `Cure the Uncurable` and `Can we
live to be 150 years; can be ordered via amzon.com; since my mother is not well, i have been doing much research but this is quite intellignet one!
2. Eat raw (try not to cook because it takes out the nutrients and enzymes)
3. Do not eat red meat often. Dont eat meat soup.
4. Try to find Wild Alaskan Salmon ( not necessary/ too expensive even here!)
5. Eat fish and beans for protein instead of meat.
6. Drink water and natural tea.
7. Dont eat sugar (processed/refined carbohydrates) nonononono
8. Do a hydrotherapy colonic (colon cleanse) and do detox with Mud shake/ i can explain to you, if interested.
9. Exercise (walk as much as possible)
